With more than twenty years of flight experience and success in the Unlimited Category, Eric brings elite all-attitude and UPRT instruction to our students, elevating Pilot Makers’ aerobatic training to a national level.

Jeff Granger, a seasoned competitor and proud owner of both the Extra and the Decathlon aircraft, is renowned as a legendary pilot. With an unwavering commitment to safety and performance, Jeff not only demonstrates exceptional skill in the skies but also cultivates excellence in aspiring aviators through his outstanding aerobatics training.

Luke Diederich serves as the Chief Pilot at Pilot Makers and brings a wealth of experience as a CFII, MEI, and accomplished tailwheel instructor. Since joining the team in early 2025, Luke has distinguished himself through his expertise in the Super Decathlon, providing students with hands-on training in advanced stick-and-rudder skills, UPRT, and aerobatic fundamentals.

Carter Evans is a seasoned CFII with extensive experience in Tailwheel, UPRT, and Aerobatic instruction. A proven competitor in the Super Decathlon, Carter brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to every flight. His expertise and passion for precision flying make him a key part of Pilot Makers’ mission to deliver elite, competition-level training.
