For our private pilot program, we use the popular Piper Archer. We are proud to have a fleet of eight Piper Archer aircraft. This is our aircraft of choice for private pilot training for several reasons. The Archer features a powerful and reliable 180-horsepower Lycoming O-360 engine, which is ideal for the high-density altitude of Utah and its mountainous terrain. Additionally, most of our fleet is equipped with dual Garmin G5 avionics, providing an excellent training environment in the world of modern aviation technology.
